sheeeee, i'm taking a break.
So what now? The game is slow and boring. Wait, what's "the game" ????
Couple things to note: Don’t lose confidence, always stay humble, and always be prepared for change.
To be confident means to always innovate/try new things. Doing the same thing over and over retentively just means I’ve lost confidence. Tips for being humble: remember where you came from, remind yourself how you much luck played into your current position, remember those who helped you get to where you are. Remember change is the only constant. Realize what’s going to happen if you keep doing the same thing you are doing now. Tear down the walls that hold your mind back. Don’t be afraid to cut ties with anyone if you feel they’re holding you back. If what you’re thinking you’re doing is right, then keep doing it. The sooner you can block out opinions and follow your internal compass, the happier you’ll be.
Success = Happiness
For the longest, I’ve struggled with max risking and diving head first into everything that intrigued me. But now it’s time to chill and remember opportunities are forever and infinity to whoever searches deep enough. I think I’ve honed in on my strength for identifying when to dive and when to watch. We live in an age where there are more people who don’t know how to break off chains or barriers than people who do. While that exists, opportunities will always be around. Beliefs are the only thing stopping us from being truly happy. Most won’t understand this line because most are filled with too much envy, greed, and hatred. I’m afraid there aren’t enough people who have the confidence to dive first into something new and max risk everything. Most follow others into different paths because their eyes are always on others, not the creativity within themselves; jobs, “get rich quick shit”—ecommerce, dropshipping, daytrading. Social media fuels this while happiness continuously decreases. Sad how easily people are fooled into envy. But that’s for another talk.
I think of my past as a digital merchant and how that plays into my current self. The goal in today’s society for everyone reading this post is to become a merchant of some type. Reality is, today’s society is built on money. And the only way to be a successful merchant is to have reputation. You could get by with little reputation, make a few sales, but credibility is scalable. And thru the digital age, it’s extremely scalable. I truly believe merchant expertise cannot be taught, only learned through experience. Focus on collectibles. Nowadays, everyone has shiny object syndrome. Demand is always shifting from something to another. Identifying value is “the game”, knowing where you’re at is a strength. The journey here was find out where I lie in each of the markets I touched. Where was I best at? Nobody other than myself knew something like that. The best merchants carved their own niche and are extremely specialized.
Enough credibility reaps something I like to call otherside edge. I call otherside edge, a gift from the gods. Because it’s much like a blessing that fell onto your lap. Opportunities for this should always be seized. Identify how it can be maximized. Private things, private allocations, backdoor selling. I’ve always looked at things I can buy and resell later. Staying away from food, beverages, and just everyday daily items. Collectibles are more niches and fun imo. Sometimes being in collectibles means not valuing money as much, and if that’s the case, you’re lucky because one day it will. Keep the conviction, the love for the game, and stay greedy until the money flows.
To the day I come back, always remember; giving back is a must. Hold onto what I can. The goal for me was to always build something for the future but tbh I’m just exhausted. Till i achieve another form of mental clasp; most of my thoughts are already posted here in prev. post…
Goodluck
